The DBi Services Woodrow Wilson Bridge Turnkey Asset Maintenance Services (TAMS) Project hosted a delegation from the Uganda National Road Authority (UNRA) on June 14. The focus of their visit was to learn about Performance-Based Contracts, and particularly the Woodrow Wilson Bridge TAMS contract.
In February of 2017, the Texas GSBU Team was awarded a four-year power washing contract to clean San Marcos’ historic downtown sidewalks. DBi's Texas team worked hand-in-hand with the San Marcos Main Street Program Directors to coordinate, initiate and execute its first cleaning in over 15 years.
Despite all of the street sweeping signs throughout the City of Harrisburg, residents sometimes felt like their streets were never really cleaned. Now that Capital Region Water (which manages the city's stormwater system) has taken over street sweeping duties, they are out to change that with our help.
NWZAW (April 3-7) is an annual spring campaign led by ATSSA (American Traffic Safety Services Association) to encourage safe driving and to use extra caution when traveling through highway work zones.
DBi Services is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Road Markings Retroreflectivity Survey for Secondary Routes by East Sussex Council. Works are due to commence on 17th March. This award is the culmination of various presentations and negotiations with the Council.
Bayer's Vegetation Management team hosted an event in December near Washington DC to educate the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on what it takes to keep our railroads and roadways safe and free of vegetation. DBi Services and North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) were invited to present on the importance of vegetation management.
DBi Services has been appointed one of the successful Road Marking service providers for the forthcoming Highways England Area 13 & 14 Construction Works Framework Contract. The contract will see DBi working directly with Highways England as a Tier 1 supplier.
