On Friday July 29, DBi Services completed the acquisition of Ainsty Timber Marketing Limited (ATM), whose portfolio includes all aspects of landscaping, highway maintenance, fencing and vegetation management/maintenance and light civil works to a wide range of industry sectors including government, development corporations, councils, utilities, major contractors and architects.
DBi Services, LLC has teamed with the design/build firm Flatiron/Dragados LLC, in providing operation and maintenance services on the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) US 181 Harbor Bridge Replacement Project in Corpus Christi.
At midnight July 1, 2016, DBi Services began maintenance of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge for District 7 of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The project has a ten-year contract term with possibility for renewal.
DBi Services was awarded the largest High Friction Surfacing Treatment (HFST) projects ever collectively let by a US highway agency. The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) awarded three HFST projects in its Districts 3, 4 and 6, with a total volume of HFST to be installed of 1,100,000 square yards.

Effective January 26 2016, DBi Services has acquired the assets of the Maryland Branch of Mercier’s Inc. Right of Way Maintenance (ROW) Division. Located in Harmans, Maryland just outside of BWI Baltimore International Airport, Mercier’s employs 34 under ownership of Craig Mercier.

The Arizona Department of Transportation has selected Connect 202 Partners as the preferred developer for the Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway, which remains on schedule for construction to start in summer 2016 as the largest-ever highway project in the state. This is the first highway public-private partnership (P3) in Arizona.
